Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a distinguished client to find an experienced Billing Compliance Analyst located in California. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and are adept at building relationships while possessing technical billing expertise and polished communication skills. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes, including the review, preparation, and submission of invoices.
- Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and outside counsel requirements.
- Handle electronic billing (e-billing) submissions, appeals, and issue resolution.
- Partner directly with attorneys and stakeholders on billing strategy and execution.
- Proactively communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Monitor and enforce billing best practices and process improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of billing experience within a mid-size or large law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and e-billing protocols.
- Experience with tools such as 3E, eBilling Hub, Chrome River, or similar systems preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex billing requirements and client guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
